§1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

§4 Account Registration

§5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3n4n5 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, and you must take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

§6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

6.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits funded from an account not belonging to the registered player — are not permitted. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 for most payment methods. 3n4n5 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own processing charges.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. • Any indication of bonus abuse, including the opening of multiple accounts to claim promotions, wagering patterns inconsistent with legitimate gameplay, or coordinated exploitation of promotional mechanics, will result in forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

§8 Gameplay & Fair Play

All games available on 3n4n5 — including JILI slot games, live dealer tables in W Live, bingo rooms, Royal Fishing titles, and sports betting markets — operate using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or live-streamed real-dealer formats, as applicable. Game outcomes are not influenced by 3n4n5's operational decisions and are subject to the probability structures inherent in each game's design.

§9 Prohibited Conduct

§10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 3n4n5 platform, including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, audio, and video materials, is the intellectual property of 3n4n5 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

No part of the 3n4n5 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, or used in any commercial manner without the prior written consent of 3n4n5. Personal, non-commercial use of the platform in accordance with these Terms & Conditions is permitted.

§11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 3n4n5 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, even if 3n4n5 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

3n4n5's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player into their 3n4n5 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit 3n4n5's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

§12 Responsible Gaming

3n4n5 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 3n4n5 players via the account settings panel:
